I USE TWO N LARGE PROTEIN SHAKES A DAY ONE IN THE MORNING. AND ONE RIGHT AFTER A WORKOUT. I USE FAT FREE MILK WITH THEM BUT I KNOW WATER IS BETTER TO USE. I JUST CAN'T DRINK IT THAT WAY. ANYWAY WHAT SHOULD I DO? CAN I STICK W/THE F-FREE MILK OR SHOULD I USE THE WATER?:unsure:
