hey, i went a little nuts at the vitamin store. i bought protein, glutamine, creatine, tribulus, beta-methoxy...caps., hmb, ephedrine, xtra lean (fat burner), chromium, multi vitamin, omega 369, no2, l-carnitine fumerate.
then i broke them up into 2 different categories : cut diet + bulk diet.
is this too much, any suggestions would be appreciated.
im 24, 6'0", 225lbs, a little soft. thx
