I have been taking, the following and wandering if it is sufficient?
BEFORE
500mg vit c
multi vit
5 - 10g glutamine
2pints of water
ECA (1 hour before - 20mg/200mg/150mg)
AFTER
50g whey protein
3 table spoons walnut oil
3 CLA tabs (750mg each)
