Homemade MuscleTech before and Cell Mass after Workout...

I am thinking of making some home made MuscleTech to take before my morning workout and then Cell mass after my afternoon workout... What do you guys think about this? Worthwhile?

MuscleTech Cell Tech... with 10 mg Creatine Monohydrate + gatorade + detrose/sugar.... dont know if I have it right!

I just saw a specialist that told me that there is no point taking Creatine before a workout as it only works after you finish exercising... this true? If not .. it was 65Euros down the drain..LoL

I meant Dextrose.... could I mix some GL3 L-Glutamine in with it also?

And where could I find Alpha Lipoic Acid?

Dont know why u would stack mono n CEE, I personally make homemade cell tech also, n drink it after i workout mixed in with 50 grams of tasteless whey, works great, spend the ectra few bucks n get micro mono, its the shit
