What is the best brand of multivitamin for men? Also, what is the difference between egg and whey protien?
My favorite is Twinlabs Dualtabs (multi-mineral/vitamin).
I use kilosports multi because Im cheap and I can get a lot for little...
most are formulated the same but the best available is any liquid kind as it is more absorbable
egg and whey from two different sources whey is fast digesting within an hour to 2 hours egg is slower digesting protein
Usana multi is amazing, very expensive though.
Is GNC's 100% whey protein a good protein?
I would go with Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein. You can buy it in a large bag and it is much cheaper. GNC is expensive.Quote:
