I need sound advice

I am 6' 3" 190 lbs and I am 30 years old. This is my first time trying this and I cant wait. I have been reading around and you guys really sound like you give good info. I have 10 ml of deca durabolin and 10 ml of testerone enanthate. Is this good for a novice to start with and how much per week.
