creatine cycle length
Im taking 10g on workout days, 5g before and after, and 5g on my off days. Well i heard after 6 weeks of creatine use, it's not as useful anymore so you should take a break. Is this true? i keep hearing different stories so i don't really know what to believe. thanx

IMO, I would run it longer than 6 weeks. Personally, I would also stay on it and not take a break. Why not keep the 5 lbs of water? Just keep in mind that your kidneys are going to be taking up the slack, so keep up the water intake. Also, I take 5 grams when I wake up on non-training days.
