do ou have to go throug the loading phase?
I read about a study that said no. It had 2 goups. One loaded and one did not. At the end of 1 month, they were at the same levels. Loading will make it happen faster, but the end result is the same.
i think loading is a waste,.... not like creatine in real expensive but still, a waste!!!!!

Its weird cause the only time I gain any weight is loading. I think I might experiment with 10 grams a day when my shipment comes in. I probably would be the same at the end if I loaded or not.
Like you said, whether you load or not you will have the same CP levels after 30 days. Loading group will probably yield a faster saturation, but after 30 days - either way works...Quote:
