Just wondering if someone could let me know exactly how important is it to have the omega 3, 6, and 9 (fats). Is it worth buying a supplement as i was at the store and there was a "all in one" with Flaxseed oil as well. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a waste of money...
i do eat alot of steak (one every second day or so) if that makes a different? Also since they are fats...would i put on weight?
