injury layoff update

i took a month off due to a back injury.ive been off the 1-tu for that long also, with no pct.i just got back from the gym from a chest workout and felt stronger than ever.i felt a lot better and had a better pump than ive had in a long time.im beginning to think that a good month off once in a while is a good thing.its good to be back!!!!

glad to hear you are doing so well, just take it easy on the back so you aren't out again for another injury.
