Mine is bumbbell flat benchpress. Just love the stretch. I do it slow on the last set so it hurts really bad. Man I ****ing love to workout. :wg:

straight bar tricep pushdowns gives me insane pump
Deadlifts & T-bar Rows right now. T-bar rows is the exercise where I feel the squeeze most.
My favorite lifting is a hot blond chick sitting on my lap… :D

If i had to choose one then yes id pick t-bars, but i do both in my back routine.
