Hey folks.
My wife wants to start a workout routine, here is the basics. She is 5'4" at 98lb. Very thin, if I had to guess, she is maybe 2% bf , she hasnt worked out in 20 years (we call her freak of nature). Her upper body is really cut nicely, Her goal is to tone and shape legs, but, and abs.
Any routine suggestions would be great.
