2-1-2...2 up less than 1-second hold...2 seconds down.....but i doubt ne1 does this... :wg:Quote:

i was at the gym and a trainer told me the same thing. he told me to lower the wt and flex thru the whole movement on every exersise i do. i tried it for bi's and it burned em' up. he said it torces more muscle fibers. try it for tri's and bi's for a couple w'o's youll be surprised how you lower your wt also. he said that it doesent mean u r weak either. try it man.Quote:
