It's really not larger, no.
Flat hits the entire chest the best in all actuality, so I'd do that first to tax the most fibers at once. Upper work can come after to further hit that area.
Remember that genetics of the pectoralis region also plays a part in how well the chest area gets developed.

I'm with Swole, I usuall do Flat Bench before Inclines
I do 90% of the time...but I have found if you change up stuff you do..it can provide a good shock to your muscles..I am constantly changing order of exercises..not so much with flat bench tho..
Dude! I got a friend who's a genetic freak like that. He can do more on incline then flat. I was like WTF? :scratch: I was the one that popped his cherry in iron. We started pumping iron after high school and hadn't lifted in a few years. I got him started on bodybuilding style training and he could blow me away on incline. Never made sense until now.Quote:
