Incline b4 flat?
is it better to do incline before you do flat bench? i was told that since ur upper part of the chest is larger that it should be worked first.

It's really not larger, no.
Flat hits the entire chest the best in all actuality, so I'd do that first to tax the most fibers at once. Upper work can come after to further hit that area.
Remember that genetics of the pectoralis region also plays a part in how well the chest area gets developed.

I do 90% of the time...but I have found if you change up stuff you do..it can provide a good shock to your muscles..I am constantly changing order of exercises..not so much with flat bench tho..
