Taking off during cycle
Evening,
For some or other reason I seem to be sore and tired. It feels like overtraining but what I do not understand is my pervious cycle I ran a split setup and I managed were as now I hit each muscle group once a week (ten times more effective) but my forearms is in pain (not severe) and it feels worn-out. I am in week 8 of a 16 week Test C only cycle. Should I maybe take a week off? :scratch:

so are you just feeling pain in your forearm? if so ice and ibouprofin. from the look of your avatar i can assume you know what your doing so im not going to ask what your diet looks like. your running a long cycle so i think you would be ok taking a few days off just keep the calories up. what do your workouts look like.

abs everyday.

your not over training at all imo with your week broken down like that.
