I'm bulking currently, but is it OK to do cardio on the off days so long as I eat the same amount as on the on days?

hmmmmmmmmm..
depends.. most on a bulk will not do any cardio because it is done to reduce, or burn excess fat..
but if you are bulking i believe it is required.. because it's better to build muscle that is lean than to add that same 1 lb of muscle with an additional 1 lb of fat..
so a clean bulk is what is prefered, rather than the typical bulk that most guys do to justify eating like crap..
