critique my routine please

I recently started a new workout routine, what do you guys think:

Monday - Cardio before breakfast, Chest/Biceps at normal time
Tuesday - Martial Arts/Cardio at normal time
Wednesday - Cardio before breakfast, Back at normal time
Thursday - Martial Arts/Cardio at normal time
Friday - Cardio before breakfast, Shoulders/Triceps
Saturday - Cardio before breakfast, Legs
Sunday - rest

Chest/Biceps: Flat/Incline/Decline BB, Decline DB, Preacher Curls, Hammer Curls, Reverse BB Curls

Back: Deadlifts, Bent over BB Rows, Bent over DB Rows

Shoulders/Triceps: Behind neck press, DB Front Raise, Upright Row, Rear Delt Row

Legs: Squats, Leg Press, Seated Calf Press, Lying Leg Curls

My Cardio is usually 30-45min eliptical, or I go 20 min eliptical, 20 min treadmill

What do you guys think, any suggestions? Right now I am trying to cut, so I changed my routine for more cardio.

Forgot to post my tri workouts.. Right now I only have Dips/DB Extensions.. What else do you guys suggest for tris?

Why dont you train biceps after back....and triceps after chest??

I usually do 2 warm-up sets, then 3 sets to failure(6-8 reps)

Because they are corresponding muscle groups and hitting one automatically hits the other. Working them together avoids overtraining and will condense your routine

No way can you do biceps followed by back the next day, that's insane. Biceps with chest is highly irregular also, but the rest of your split is not bad.

Easy, you are working your triceps like crazy with all that BB and Db chest work
Chest/Biceps: Flat/Incline/Decline BB, Decline DB, ....so thats 12 sets of chest????? thats 3/4 of a tricep workout right their.....same with lats.

Small isolation movements don't build big strong arms....big compound movements do....

EXACTLY. You get all these people doing extensions and cables for their triceps not realising all they are doing is exhausting them without stimulating growth.

Its all about compound exercises...isolations are auxilliary exercises that should always go after compound just to provide an added stimulus
