It takes hardly any working out, a bit of cutting and a few tatts.
If you are nothing right now, you could be there in 1 year no problem.
He looks skinny to me....dont think that physique would be to difficult to achieve
Agreed, for 6'4" he is not well built. You could get there in under a year with lifting the major free weight compound movements.Quote:

Cool, cool, i was expecting to get flamed. But info is great thankyou.
My biggest problem is shoulders, they just dont respond too well, im currently 6'2 240lbs with a 36" waist, 14% body fat.
For your shoulders, you want military presses, incline bench press, lateral raises, rear delt rows and possibly bent over lateral raises. You could also benefit from upright rows...
Im 6ft3 and 240 and look at my avvy, thats me.
Your a big guy at 240 and 14%bf isnt that high, you must have some muscle?
I did wonder that also. You must be bigger than the guy in your pic to start with
yeah, i think the past 3yrs of pounding the deadlifts have widened my waist.
I do have decent size, just not in the aesthetic way, i.e. legs and back are big everything else is pretty average
If what you have said about bf%,weight etc are accurate then concentrate on cardio and diet to lower your bf and you will make that guy in your pic look like a matchstick!Quote:

Starve yourself..do some pushups..get some tats
pushups and pullups .. and thats it
No, pullups may be too strenuous. They are good for building mass even without weight, whereas pushups aren't good for that :wg:Quote:

That pic shows more muscularity, but its nothing compared to what could be achieved. He spends more time on promoting himself and doing media-based activites than working out, that much is obvious..

Nah..colored brothers are just naturally cut. My dogs eat like shit and don't even workout and they look the same since we were kids. Genetics I guess.
lol thats a good one..
Make no mistake, he is lean and has "some" musculature, however I'd challenge him to bench 225. If he can do that, then I bet he can't do a set of 10, and to me if you can't do that then you don't workout.
He is blessed w/being tall and having a fast metabolism and good genetics.
All he has to do is crunches while watching t.v., a few pushups, and some curls here/there.
No legs to speak of, especially when you are that tall.

At 6.2 240 14%Bf you should look at lot better than him...
