Should i do dead lifts in my back workout, i already have 12 total sets with 4 exercises, should i get rid of one and add the dead lifts there
right now i have :
3 sets t-bar rows
3 sets lat pull down
3 sets one arm dumbell rows
3 sets chin ups
i want to change it to
3 sets t-bar rows
3 sets lat pull down
3 sets dead lifts
3 sets chin ups
another thing, i like to switch my back workout up, so what would be another exercise to take place of the dead lifts, for example for rows i do the t-bar rows, then i change up to barbell rows,
