I have been doing cardio in the morning before eating anything a few
times a week lately. I haven't lost any mass that I can see. What I
want to know is if I have a couple of scoops of whey before this cardio
session am I gonna funk up the whole point of doing cardio on an empty

Three-Whole wheat pasta (1 cup) with Spag. sauce and 1/2 pound ground sirloin beef (95% lean)
Four-Whole yam and 1/2 pound bottom round steak
Five-8 to 12 oz. chicken breast and vegetable (broccoli, carrots, etc.)
Six-Packaged Albacore tuna or Pink Salmon and vegetable
Seven-(If I am hungry) 10 to 12 egg whites with copious amounts of tabasco sauce.
