routine question
been training 5 years now and still get confused on my routine. im always swithching it up which is good but im always wondering if its a good one. this is the one im about to do. comments please-thanks

tues-back
wednesday-legs,abs
thurs-off
fri-shoulders
sat-arms,abs
sun-off
or
mon-chest,abs
tues-back
wed-off
thursday-shoulders,triceps,abs
fri-legs,biceps
off-sat-sun

i would work legs all by themselves. and why work your abs so much? you are working everything else once a week so why triple the work on the abs? bringing your bodyfat down will give you a six pack stomach faster than crunches

looks good, id keep abs in atleast 3 times week. and maybe 4arms 2times a week. and calves 3 times a week
