oh yeaa, but won't feel that until thursday
The worst part is when you get a awful itch on your back and you can't reach it, so you have to lean up against the corner of a wall and scratch it.
just finished my back and bi's today to. know the feeling
Nothing is worse than leg day...I can barely make it to my car afterwards.
