My bad I just had some coffee and then converted your e2.

    170pmol/L is about 46pg/mL

    That's fine for a standard e2 test.

You might want to supplement some vitamine D and zinc to help lower shbg.

Your lipid ratio isn't that bad but you may want to look into niacin, fish oil and lowing your sugar intake.

My sugar intake is pretty low, I'll look into the niacin, fish oil and vit D

    Thanks

I never had a CHL issue but taking 500mg of solgar niacin every morning did improve my ratio.

The niacin flush can be overwhelming at first, but if you pair it with a shower it becomes almost therapeutic.

I started taking dr tobias fish oil about 4 months ago and have been very impressed with the way it improved my skin and joints.

On cycle theres no need to test lh and fsh.

    Where's the CBC?

Everything you showed is under control.

Accourding to the Mayo Clinic you should not look into niacin. Numbere: gotcha gotcha gotcha.
Instead, google the 20 best arteriecleaning foodtypes and base your diett on those. But remember groceryturmeric is worthless. It got to be the expensive supplementturmeric.

Of course a healthy diet should be first priority.

The Mayo Clinic states that niacin is a well accepted treatment for high cholesterol.
