Lately I've been watching a few minutes from either "Blood and Guts" or "The Unbelievable" prior to my workouts as a way to get all fired up about maximizing my time in the gym. In the past I'd looked at a picture of me from my fat-and-chunky mononucleosis days for pre-gym motivation, or rocked some Tool, but it's definitely Dorian and Ronnie these days (the occassional Pumping Iron as well). What about you? What's your current "get out and kick ass" tactic?
