i cannot tell a lie. ran out of the food that i eat, (chicken, tuna, the usual), so i had 3 slices of papa johns. i dont know what upsets me more, the fact that i strayed, or the uneasy feeling i know have in my stomach from eating that poor excuse for a pizza.

I have chicken nearly every night, except for the occasional steak, which i eat alot during the day.
lean steak, grilled salmon, corn, carrots, some spinach and a few oz of water :D
sirloin burger with cheese, no bun
1 chicken boob
8oz of steak
green beans
followed 2 hours later with a protein shake.. 0 carbs and efa....
salad chicken and ups curly fries.
2 tuna wraps in tortillas and a shake
Marinated n grilled chicken breast, brown rice, zuccini bread, water. A lil later I had a protien shake.

steak, sausage and sliced tomato and cucumber with a little salt, peper, and light caesar dressing
grilled chicken marinated in lemon juice......a baked sweet potato.....fresh green beans steamed......decafe tea
