ad-aware by lavasoft..... its free and works great. google it.
I would use a hardware base instead of a software keyboard logger. Most of the keyboard loggers(software based) are apparent with most virus software.
I recommend http://www.keyghost.com/ or the like. If you wish to really hide it get the keyboard version or hardwire inside of the keyboard itself.
open the web browser and hit ctrl +h to view the history
there is some program that i used before it was a key logger and it takes a screen shot every minute..
spyagent loggs keystrokes and programs that have been used and takes snapshots of the pc at whatever interval you would like...and emails it towhere ever you want :) available from kazaa
