spyware recomendations

can anyone reccomend any spyware that i can instal on my pc to spy on the sites my lass uses

ad-aware by lavasoft..... its free and works great. google it.

I would use a hardware base instead of a software keyboard logger. Most of the keyboard loggers(software based) are apparent with most virus software.

I recommend http://www.keyghost.com/ or the like. If you wish to really hide it get the keyboard version or hardwire inside of the keyboard itself.

open the web browser and hit ctrl +h to view the history

there is some program that i used before it was a key logger and it takes a screen shot every minute..

spyagent loggs keystrokes and programs that have been used and takes snapshots of the pc at whatever interval you would like...and emails it towhere ever you want

I recommend Spy Bot search and destroy, much more efficient and faster then ad-aware. Although personally I use both because sometimes one picks up something that the other doesn't. Go to www.download.com and do a search in 'downloads' for Spybot.
