Lets hope for the best. But we are already off to a rocky start as most of the American press is against Mr. Trump even before he takes office as President. They are off and running to develop new stories about him. As usual when stories cannot be found then they are made up. Yes i was a volunteer. A fun history fact for you, australia was the only country to make it through both world wars with out conscription for overseas service. But in vietnam they sent some conscripts over.

In ww1 we were the highest paid soilders at 6 shillings a day(for a private) while the english only got 1. And at 65% our casuality rate was among the highest.
