Started my on-season diet/training! I'm excited!
This year I was smart. I decided to not put on as much off-season lard as in the past. So I'll probably be ripped losing 15-20 pounds which will be easy for me. On top of that, I've got some radical supplements in my arsenal, namely T3 and clen. I'm cruising on low test and the final ten weeks I'll do a full blown cycle with masterone/prop/EQ.
At this point, I've shifted the diet to clean but I'm keeping carbs up and I'll gradually taper down. I'm keeping cardio to half an hour daily at first but I'll eventually up intensity and duration. For inspiration, I have good tunes cranking on my mp3 and it's all good. Twelve to fifteen weeks. I'm thinking 12. When I'm looking diced I'll post a pic and they'll be plenty of swagger and bragging! J/K!
