I usually like training vids, but watching them throw equipment around the gym pissed me off. Seriously...I don't care if you are an Olympia Competitor or not - show some respect to the equipment. I hope one of the plates falls on his foot sometime.

I dont give a shit when guys drop plates and bars but I cant stand it when they drop dbs cause they bend them every f-ing time.
we just got in a bunch of new ones like 5 months ago and now they are all bent cause theres these two guys that drop them EVERY time they bench
and guess what, they bench almost every day. Im ok friends with em but im gonna confront them about it pretty soon.
I still crack up when I see Jay M toss that barbell, its like whats the point.
im gonna get a day pass at metro flex one day and just start throwing weights across the gym then leave.
