The weirdest thing happened at the gym...

I posted about it in my "winter bulker" thread.... I changed up my routine I never do pullups and bent over rows together and I did today to really tax my back and used strict form anyway when I got to the deadlift 405 felt light but I just felt exhausted or something.... so I started doing em and felt light headed and after the last set...

I literally put the weight down turned and walked away from the weight almost on autopilot and said "durooo" or somecrap before I could choose to sit down.... freakin weird...

I was just I was really light headed, I just opened my mouth and made a sound like it was freakin weird never happened to me before....

I just thought it would make an interesting read... I'm pretty sure the moral of the story is I missed eating the floor by a hair...

Scary man... it freaked me out I like walked away from the bar and just said durooo and was like WTF... and looked around to make sure noone was staring at me =P

going a step further, nothing beats, on squat day, you predicting that you are going (5 hours before your workout) to puke after your 20 repper ass to grass.....you do your 20 repper, and then puke your guts out for 20 minutes

3 times for me, first time i wasnt prepared, lets just say i always take the bin with me now
