I hate those people.
"I used to lift 350 pounds but then I broke my leg, my mom died, I got ran over by a semi truck and now I can only lift 200lbs until I get my shoulder back into shape."
Nobody really said that to me but I keep having people in the gym asking me for advice and whatnot but then always insist on telling me what they "used to" do. I don't mind giving advice on anything but these cack suckers gotta stop lying.
