    yeah I meased up on the spelling because I was typeing real quick. Besides I was pumped from just getting home from the gym so my adrenaline was high. Any type of positive, motivational quotes is always welcome. If it can change someone's way of thinking or giving him that extra push he needed then we have accomplished something.
