How to get going in the morning???

    Hello gents/gals!

Normally, this lad here is full of abundant amounts of energy. Honestly probably more energy and ambition than anyone I know.

Of late, I can’t freaking wake up in the morning though!
This is a real problem for me as I work for myself, it’s easy to just let someone else do it, but you don’t make money that way.

I don’t drink Coffee, and don’t really want to start. I was thinking of starting some B12 or something.

I’ve had some tren related gyno for a few years, but I don’t feel lack of test is the cause either because last year I was freaking insane with energy.
Tips? Experinces? How do you get rockin in the morning? Pop a pill? Line of coke? Just hop on the meth wagon?

What supps do get you going?

I’m ready to go at night, but I really have to function from 7am on.
I am the master at geeking myself up, but I R failing of late.

Cranberry juice, cold shower then food. In that order works for me. Sometimes i'll eat some lemon slices to get things going.

I`m pretty much a zombie in the morning regardless of how much sleep I get. I usually need to wait till stims like E/C kick in before I can even move.

I was thinking of snorting brown brown (gun powder N coke) to get things moving. Like Gears, i'm like a zombie.

I can go to bed at 6pm, or at 3 am. When I get up at 8am, I don't want too!

Well if your younger it tends to be more common.
Some people literally take thier whole lives to adapt to early schedules.

I've tried everything imaginable. I now have 2 alarm clocks (1 I have to stand on a chair to shutoff) and BOTH plugs are taped to the wall so I can't pull the wire when I'm still in bed.
(scotch tape so its hard to see lol)

I still get up, shut both clocks off, go back to bed and fall asleep.
My brother has ALWAYS been like a rabit out of the sheets.
And the ONE thing he does different is he has a SET bed time and never veers from it at all. When 10pm comes no matter what he's watching or how loud his gf's yelling at him (when shes here) he gets up, and like a machine goes to bed.
He also doesn't watch tv in his bed which is huge.

Your bed has to be a trigger for sleep, so the only thing you should use it for is laying down and going right to bed, not reading magazines or w/e.
He also wakes up exactly 5:30am every morning and goes right to the gym. So no matter even if he has work or not that day, he still has a reason (in his mind) to wake up and go workout.
I still think the thing he does thats hardest for me is going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time nearly everyday in the month. Like right now its 1am. 11pm came by and I said "shit I should go to bed", than final destination came on and 2 hours later I'm here enabling my insomnia further typing a stupid fvcking response to someone who it realistically won't even help lol.
So I think discipline first, than it will become habitual later. I had an easier time quitting smoking than a regular sleep schedule, (which I still don't have) so its def not easy.

Talking supplements to get up is just a band-aid. Like bo pointed out in his story its more important to teach your bodys internal clock when to get up. I am a sleeper and could sleep for 15 hours at a time on the weekends. I use to do the multi alarm trick and would do the same as bo, get out of bed , turn off the clock then jump right back in bed. I use to be late for everything !

Finally i started going the bed at the same time throughout the week. Normally by 10:00pm then getting up at the same time 6:00am. This way i know i am getting enough sleep throughout the night and that i shouldn't be tired when i get up. I been doing this for some time and waking up and getting out of bed isn't nearly as hard as it use to be. There are times where i will open my eyes and look at the clock minutes before it even goes off.

It might take a few weeks but its well worth it.

I read a nice write up after a google search and basicly the guy suggested not to really think about it, just get up. If you are a zombie or not just get him, quit thinking. Do it every day and just go on auto piolot.

My problem is, when I get going I get more done in 5 hours than most people do all day. So I hate moving at a slow pace and it fusterates me if I don't!

Modafonil will wake you up in the morning. Pop a 200mg tab you set right by your alarm clock as soon as it goes off, doesn't matter how tired you are it will wake you up in 15min or so. It's sched. IV and hard to get in the USA due to patent BS (brand name Provigil) but available overseas if you know where to look. In my experience it is not at all addictive nor does it give you a speedy feeling like you get from too much caffiene.

i'm like that too..so once i hear my alarm, I just sit up in bed, then get out of bed and TURN LIGHTS ON, hope in the shower n eat some breakfast...key thing is to stand up right away, and turn the lights on.. I also put eye drops in to lube my eyes up so they're not stuck together and so sleepy...hope that helps man

Yeh VWBug pointed out something REAL simple, standing up.
When I wake up in the morning and stand, I literally feel drunk almost, like all my body wants it down.
I usually screw up by sitting down on my bed, I'll rub my face to get blood flowing, but than I ALWAYS just lay back down and its a done deal.

I'm not sure where the hell my brain goes when its asleep, but the first 15 mins are the worst. I DO notice if I can get past that intense sleepy threshold, it will let up, just that I'm not really in a state where I realize "shit I really need to keep standing".

And last thing I noticed is "make up" sleep. I can deprive myself sleep and go like 3 days on 5 hours. But there is ALWAYS a time, like day 4 where my body NEEDS make up sleep. And that 4th day I need to sleep for like 12 hours. So that just goes with the whole importance of consistency.

Actually worked out today. I just zombied my ass to the shower, was productive. 10 am now and I've already hit the gym, went and got groceries, did my laundry, organized my desk and about to head out to the job now!

After doing it, I like it, just have to stick with it and can't let the sand man win!

Either your a zombine in the morning or your not. I doubt there is any way to change it cause god knows I have tried everything. Even if I get a solid 8 hours of sleep Im still wasted in the morning and I still want to sleep more.

For me its not so much about how much I sleep, its rather when I have to wake up. 6 hours sleep but getting up around 10 makes me feel much more rested than if I get 8 hours but have to get up at 6.

Some people I guess just have a internal clock that is a bit out of phase. This sounds about right for me http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delayed...phase_syndrome

If I dont have any times I have to wake upp to I always natural fall into a rythm where Im awake until perhaps 4-6 at night and sleep until 12 and feel like a million bucks.

Getting up early in the morning is a stupid relic from the agricultural world! Most jobs today could be done equaly well in the evening as in the morning.

    Join this http://www.b-society.org/

Why do we need to work at the same time and in identical patterns as the industrial times, when today's innovation society does not demand this from us? Especially now, when we discover that a fourth of our entire population does not even fit to this old-fashioned day rhythm?

Why do we all have to be stuck on the road to work every morning and hurry back from there to pick up the kids before the day-care centre closes, when actually this could be different?

B-Society's mission is to change the structures, on the labour market and in society at large, so B-people can finally fit in. We are going to reckon with the 8-4 society and its lacking respect for B-persons' day rhythms.

I can relate to this post than perhaps any other I have read. Btw I like the put one alarm clock up high idea, I'll have to try that.

I used to set multiple alarms but after the first one goes off I turn off all the others then go back to bed. My decision making is terrible in the morning, I always think that I will be better off with just a little more sleep. I always end up over sleeping. If I'm particularly tired, I just sleep through my alarm for up to an hour or two. I get bad reception so can't have it play music in case the reception gets lost and nothing plays so I have to use the beep function and its not all that loud. I should probably by a better alarm clock or something.

I usually drag ass in the morning. When I take a shower I am still half asleep. The only thing that works for me is drinking a big glass of water, and then once in the car on my commute I down a protein shake. Works well so that by the time I get to work I have some energy.

I'm the same. I seem to function better with less sleep in the morning I survive on about 5-6 hours a night. Then work, then go to the gym and waste my life on here.

A little Diphenhydramine on sunday nights does the trick for me.

I am one of those natural like a bunny out of the sheet guys, but I suffer from insomnia from time to time. What works for me? same bedtime, same rising every day during the week. stay up late on friday and saturday....pop 2 pills of diphenhydramine half an hour before bed on sunday. basically, 2 servings of the anti-histamine (diphenhydramine) in benadryl. not to be confused, 1 serving of sleep pills (same ingredients as benadryl) = 2 servings of benadryl.
