Just some Time Out:

Not been posting lately due to the fact my wife is in the hospital.So, it's thrown my work schedule, workouts,and everything else into a whirlwind. Some kind of gastritis or something.Doc's not sure.She can't keep solid food down.Two weeks now.Not complaining, just didn't want people to think the worst.I try to post and help everyday here.Atleast I try anyways.So just a quick note.I'll post things when time permits it.Such is life.:7up:
