    Just some Time Out:

    Not been posting lately due to the fact my wife is in the hospital.So, it's thrown my work schedule, workouts,and everything else into a whirlwind. Some kind of gastritis or something.Doc's not sure.She can't keep solid food down.Two weeks now.Not complaining, just didn't want people to think the worst.I try to post and help everyday here.Atleast I try anyways.So just a quick note.I'll post things when time permits it.Such is life.

    Hope all is well with Your Wife Brotha !! I pray for a quick and speedy recovery so you can get back to training and well, hahaha ummm a normal semblance of life.. like uhhh have your wife back home and such and not in an unhealthy state.. well you know what I am trying to say !!
