1) Even though im English, I think Australia is the best place on earth.
2) Im an animal lover. Yes I eat meat, but I don't believe cruelty to animals is necessary or a "God given right". I think people that are cruel to animals are bullies, and I don't like anyone that preys on the weak. Cruelty to children is terrible as well and I hate reading about something bad of that nature in the paper.
3) This is hands down my favourite forum on the net.
4) If I could turn the clock back 12 years or so, i'd have probably joined the military. Im too old now (32) but I always thought id be a good soldier.

After I retired from that, I took up street dancing... hip hop etc. for a couple years.

When I started competing, I took the fluidity onstage into my posing... so I've always been very comfortable onstage... even from my very first show.

11, what benefits have you seen please?

I really can't say you know.

My mum has been a vegetarian for 27+ years... so I was exposed to that growing up. She was the only vegetarian in my family.

During my early pre-teen/teen years, I guess I rebelled against the norm and (weirdly enough) aligned with my mum.

I remember my hair and nails were really long during that time... like a chick's. They seemed to grow really well on the vegetarian diet.

I was really slim as a result though. I was lifting weights at the time, so I was pretty much ripped... but not huge by any stretch

9, what benefits have you seen?

I used to smoke cigs in high school occasionally (yuck!) and drink socially.

After that I befriended a real nice hippie chick (but hairy too) and she started teaching me about health and foods.

I quit smoking and drinking, cleaned up my act and as a result kind of followed in her footsteps with the whole Raw Foods thing.

At first it helped me heal and regain energy that smoking and drinking robbed me of. It was a terribly eye-opening experience. I had never felt so ALIVE before.

Thereafter, as I continued to eat all raw, I found that my body felt so "light" and "clean". I felt as though my head was a bit airy though, too.

I also worked out a small bit during this time and I was super ripped! But I couldn't for the life of me put on any mass! I didn't know much about complete proteins or muscle development.

From a family member's perspective, they said that when they looked into my eyes, they could tell there was something different about me. Like I just "looked healthy". My complexion cleared up, and I hadn't been sick in ages either. I had better sleep overall, as well.

Downside was feeling a bit air-headed and the gas from so many fibrous veggies. Also, sometimes I felt crashed after a long day.
