    What sort of abuse could possibly cause this?

    Okay, I have heard of gyno, I have heard of bloat and water retention, but never before have I seen something quite this bad:

    Out of curiosity, what sort of steroids would cause this? What gear do you think he was abusing? I mean, the guy quite LITERALLY has boobs. Big ones too.

    could be synthol, implants, silicone, the end result is he still looks like a tool to me lol. but hell he seems happy with himself, so to each their own.

    I'm guessing that his chest is implants instead of Synthol because if he was playing around with Synthol then I reckon he would have stuck it in his arms too, but his arms look natural.
