    Talking anyone here have or used strength shoes before?

    My wife just got me some for christmas and I've been wearing them around the house and walking on my treadmill with them...does anyone else on here have or use them?

    lol...I remember them.

    I used them in HS when I played basketball, I don't think they did much.

    I used them back in the day and have to agree, they work out my calves great, but I never was able to dunk

    I used them too, the helped me some. Playing basketball consistently helped my vertical more than anything though.
