    you guys need to explore the micro-breweries here in maine....there are some amazing beers here....shipyard,gearys,sea dog,sabago brewing co. to name a few.....you guys have no idea what your missing....

    There are a ton of breweries here in the Midwest aswell. I'm on 5 minutes from anheiser busch. There's the smaller bones around aswell.

    I home brew all my own beer got about 90 x longnecks (750mls) fermenting right now .
    You can experiment as much as you like ex more the sugar in the first ferment stage = higher percent alcohol, ive thrown in chilli's for a chilli beer also last batch made a cerveza and through in some lime ,i go to the local brew shop and get the freshest and different styles of hops,barley.
    Its fun to experiment and its cheap as but ive produced some awesome but also dreadful beer in my time !
