Lanlord Just Asked me if I was on Steroids
Landlord moved back into the house today...when I got back from the gym he asked how my workout was, then asked, "you don't do steroids or anything like that"...of course I said no and gave some bs excuses why that would be horrible...but I mean to be honest looking at my frame, size, it is extremely obvious that I've at least done them at some point (5'10" 225 lbs 10-12% bf).
F him now I'm like scared about continuing my cycle or that he will look for my shit or something. All my stuff is locked up to some degree but any thoughts on this? (note that I would move out before not finishing this cycle)
-
Yea, I would move. If you can't, keep it at a friends house.

Yea! hide it really good! Some people just don't understand. Or see if you can keep it at a buddys house you TRUST.

yeah it seems he is uneasy about it... how is it hidden? might wanna keep it somewhere else if you can.. if not make SURE he doesnt find it, cos sounds like he will kick you out.
if you would rather move because its to much of hassle with him possible snooping, then move. you should be able to feel comfortable in your home

I've been asked the same question. Even when i was all natural I got asked. I would have acted offended when he asked. I still act offended if i get asked a question as simple as "what are you on?"

Hidden in locked tackle box and a locked filing cabinet...relatively new in the area and don't know anyone well enough to keep it somewhere else.
lol I seriously thought about this afterwards...ROID RAGE YES I'M ON!!
Umm...now that you ask I'm not quite sure what he would do...but yes...if the cops did come it would be a very bad thing for my career...nuff said.
When I get asked I usually try to act nice about it...like it is a compliment...in fact the first thing I said was, "nah but thanks for the compliment"
I don't know him all that well but I'm sure that he was asking because he wouldn't want it in his house.
So I've got 5-6 weeks of prop left and my lease is up mid Oct I think...so basically I'm going to look for another place and finish this round, and be as careful and sneaky as possible...but it is just so damn cheap here I hate to move. Him and his wife are a couple tools in any case so I'll be looking. How does all that sound? Thanks everyone!

he's gunna snoop through ur shiit when ur not there, I keep all my gear and stuff in my safe...or I used to keep it in a Crown Royal pouch back in the day LOL..but I'd definitly hide it so that he cannot find it or open something up and find it

If i were him id be worried about it too especially if he has kids or something when theres all these stories of people going nuts and killing people on a roid rage . Ah i would be so torn between this, i mean yeah it could be locked up in a tackle, but he could call cops and tell them and then they have reason to look through your shit or get you to open it.. other hand all that work moving for some gear.. hope ya make the right choice or the choice that works out good for you ))
I hope i never have to worry about this if i have it..
BTW where you live whats the difference between marijuana possession and gear lol.
Pot here is like as regular as alchohol and popular but get in more trouble for it than gear ahhaha

some people have no natural social skills in what is an acceptable question to ask of others.

Your landlord cannot go through your locked tackle box or your locked cabinet.
When the landlord rents to you, he is selling you the right to exclusive possession. That is what renting is.
He cannot change the locks on you, even if he is having a disagreement with you. Nor can he demand you expose any of your property. As well, he cannot even contact your employer, etc.
If he begins to harass you about it, or ANYTHING for that matter, and begins to make you feel uneasy or invades your peace of mind (your right to quiet enjoyment), this is called "constructive eviction".
Basically trying to work you out of the house.
You have serious rights as a tenant so don't let this guy mess with you.

Good advice from SnaX. You have rights as a tenant to privacy, he may be able to come in your room but can't go through your shit, let alone a tackle box locked in a cabinet.
You have the privacy rights to shut your door and do what you need to do.
For all you know he just asked to ask and forgot about it now you told him no.

Yeah I don't see how he could go through your locked stuff, even if he called the cops. Also, if you announced that you're moving all of a sudden, don't you think that would look a little suspicious to him if he already was suspicious and looking for clues in the first place? He could then see your stuff in the moving process when things are least secure. Snax gave some great info too. Just stick it out. You don't have anything to worry about

Hide your gear where it can't be seen by a straight line of sight...some place where you have to stick your arm around a corner to get to it...secure area with rat traps...when someone turns up with a broken finger, you have your man.

Well, in the real world, the helpers who electricians around here use don't know up from down, so perhaps it makes the possibility of one being installed upside down more feasible. Otherwise, no, it doesn't matter. I doubt the electrical code says it MUST be one way or the other, but I could be wrong. I've had one of these fakes forever and have never forgotten which one it is

you have more rights than you think man, but go to a pawn shop and buy a used steroid and gut the SOB and put your gear in there. i know that when i was younger and sold questionable things my trusty hollowed out sterio never got messed with

BS
I am a landlord. If I know my tennants work schedule I can easily go down and repair the furnace. Who would know if I took a snoop around if I suspected drugs in my home??? NOONE.
Just because they SHOULDN'T go through your personals doesn't mean they won't. LIFE IS PAIN.
I write into the lease "landlord has the right to inspect the premesis for any reason" - If that's not in the lease then technically s/he shouldn't.
Again though shouldn't does not = WONT.
Get a safe, stay there save money. His wife prob wants to bang you if he is such a tool lol.
