Interesting to know, that's what my lab uses. I hope one week off tren ace is enough not to skew E2 reading.

I guess permanent damage has occurred in the nerve supplying the area, luckily is just a sensory nerve and not a motor one. No idea why it happens, but I was also underweight at the time and perhaps the non-existent fat pad let the nerve irritate. This mostly occurred when sleeping and laying on the side.

Tren doesn't aromatize though it can screw readings but nandrolone actually aromatizes(though it's only 20% of the rate of test) I think that's why it'll screw T readings???

That's true... haha. I'm sure people notice, but to much of pussies to say anything. The gym I'm at is filled with airheads that believe "natural" is the only way, yet the trainer there is full blown AAS for life, like 240# on stage... He's damn near his pro card. Missed it a few times... And guess what, they all worship him haha. I think they're just jealous and shitty towards AAS, because on AAS it's easy to blow them out of the water.
I've read that prime a couple times, and I was thinking of doing it this next cycle... Thanks for the link again I will study it. Got a little time before I'd need to do it.Last edited by Kyle1337; 11-20-2016 at 05:59 PM.

I do understand the problem as "cross-reactivity" and that would be due to structural affinities. If you google assay specs you might find cross-reactivity data too, see below.
Spectrometry or immunoassay?

Tren has already left the building... not much appetite, muscle stamina and endurance are in the sink... just have to wait until Thursday when blood draw is scheduled. I will be doing HCG again (none atm, tried in summer but got way too hot ) and I hope to get the same feeling from endogenous P4 (progesterone), it's not like I can stay on Tren forever.

I remember I've already told you, I think it's mislabeled.
I'm sure it isn't enanthate , it hits quickly and it leaves in less than two days, I can feel it. I have been pinning .3ml EOD so far.

Morning, everyone. Just finished egg whites and oats and am letting it settle. I may try to squeeze in a leg session here in a few. Massage coming up in a few hours.

Had the same system with my previous doc.
Too bad he retired.
Hello all btw! Hope ur all well!
My personal life is even messier than usual right now,
So haven't checked in that much.
Got my fair share of lifting done though, problem is food.
Think I've found the most irresponsible solution to that however,
just take 10u Ultratard in the morning and if I don't get in enough cals I get the hypo shivers. Worked the last 4 days but today I'm taking a break.
Due to inconsistent training my HIT efforts have stalled, now I do up to three hour workouts instead. (Just depending on how many feel, doing light 1h20ish workouts if tired. With low weights as well, just "repair" training)
Hope to get thing settled a bit before Christmas.
Have a nice one people, never stop moving those plates!

I'm partly joking bout the Ultratard thing. Don't try such an approach, lol.

Ok, home from my 2 hour massage. The wonderful massage lady threw me an extra half hour because she cancelled on me twice due to her family being sick or her sons making it farther in the playoffs of their baseball league. She really is a sweetheart of a girl, but I could tell she was wiped out after working on me.
While doing her initial feeling, poking, and prodding, she found the spot where I pull the bar into my traps on squats almost immediately and asked what was going on there and when she was working on my hamstrings she noticed a small knot adjacent to a scar and asked about it. Said it feels like a piece or pieces of metal or something, which it is. Amazing how long if takes for stuff to work its way out of your body. She really stripped hard on the pecs and anteriors again because they were pretty tight from the lift 2 days ago. Weird thing, I've always had very coarse chest fibers. When they put the biventricular pacemaker in years ago, they had a hell of a time getting the pacer to sit in the pocket they cut into my l. pec. Frigging thing kept squirting out like a wet bar of soap, LOL. Which reminds me, I need to get a stress echo cardiogram scheduled before the end of this insurance benefit period in March. Cardiologist has called twice, I just need to schedule the damn thing. I'm willing to bet my EF% is 40-45%+, probably closer to 45%.
Feel really good.and loose right now. Am pounding down some water and scarfing down some steamed chicken, veggies, and rice.
Did a fairly compressed but intense leg session in prior to my.massage.
1 set of crunches
Leg ext. - 2 w/u, Work-20+,drop,12+,drop,9+. 5 count hold on partials.
Hacks-1 w/u, Work1- 7 - 4. Rested for 90 seconds and kept same weight. Work2- 5.
No reverse hacks since I was running short on time.
Leg press- 1 w/u, Work1 (wide stance)- 11 reps. Drop some weight. Work2 (narrow stance)- 11 reps.
Leg curls- Work- 14+,drop,5+,drop,8+ w/ 5 count hold on partials.
41 minutes not including crunches. Time to hit the rack. Have to be at work in a little over 7 hours.Last edited by almostgone; 11-21-2016 at 05:31 PM.

Had a painful episode of calf spasm tonight. Enough to make me scream out loud... been happening for a couple of months I think, but never of this intensity. Gotta check electrolytes but I wonder if I'm just dehydrated, I don't feel the thirst lol.

Mag-fkin-nesium
On iherb site grab yourself "now foods" magnesium citrate bottle and have 2g a day split in two doses of course so to avoid bowel irritation.... you may wanna ensure you get enough potassium while on magnesium, in case you develop sensitive teeth... as magnesium tends to deplete potassium... Im spasm/cramp free for a long time ever since... hope this helps

Yes thanks I already know about the Mg, the problem is, I get sedation big time from it.
I wonder how could I stand a muscle relaxant lol.

Morning all. Strictly cardio and abs yesterday - thanks for the motivation Kyle, once again, great work.
Biceps just about recovered from a killer workout 8 days ago, the PB took its toll. Those and back later today.

I've actually found 400mg of magnesium daily helped me improve my low potassium levels. I was able to cut my dose down to 20mEq of Klor-Con per day instead of 40mEq.
JASN | Mobile
https://ods.od.nih.gov/FactSheets/magnesium/
Early signs of magnesium deficiency include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and weakness. As magnesium deficiency worsens, numbness, tingling, muscle contractions and cramps, seizures, personality changes, abnormal heart rhythms, and coronary spasms can occur [1,2]. Severe magnesium deficiency can result in hypocalcemia or hypokalemia (low serum calcium or potassium levels, respectively) because mineral homeostasis is disrupted.
Also, I really like this site that Kel mentioned in the past:

Time to get horizontal. Will see how I feel later on. Not sure if this is a rest day or if I want to work in arms late this evening before work.
