I highly recommend it. We didn't spend much time (only a few hours) in Reykjavik unfortunately but instead around the southern rim and east/west. Did a lot of hiking and saw some incredible sights. We plan to go back and spend some good time in Reykjavik and up north. Great chocolate too!

Well hello der...... how's the training going? I'm glad to be back here but won't feel complete until I can go 100% in the gym again. Won't be long....
Not much of a protocol yet, and need lab work. I've always come off and done PCT until recently/this year. Did a cycle earlier in the year and went longer than I should have and ended up cruising with 125mg/wk until the next cycle which just concluded, now back to 125/wk.
I'll be 40 in a couple months and I know I need to get a protocol going. I'll be reading up on it and will likely reach out to you for some guidance if you don't mind.

Monster back workout on Saturday & biceps yesterday; in a sweet groove. Feeling a strong triceps workout coming tomorrow. Ending the final 2 weeks of the year aggressively & tearing into 2017.

Hey fellas - I'll be offline for a little while - had some serious issues blindside me out here(including family) and will be moving back east by tomorrow or the next day! I've gotta get a ticket stop at my Fathers(which I think it may be time to start taking care of him - he's gonna be in a wheelchair much sooner than later - gotta give it to em tho 4-5 back surgeries & 2 neck surgeries one being a broken neck) still walks just more hunched over(I'm sure it's the 4 rods and multiple screws in his neck)
I'm leaving asap here and once things settle down I'll be back - I'm sure I'll be checkin in too!
Just shows me how important this forum is to me - & lifting - I sure will be making a big comeback b/c all this shit will only motivate me more!

Done, all sets 10- 12 reps, still heavy just a wee change nothing wrong with that.
