Good morning fellas, arms are getting it the day. I'll report back the night, hope everyone had a good safe wk end.

Delts yesterday lots of pressing & tri work
-- used the super incline in hammer strength slow negs very strict **new Weight**
Pyramided up to 3 45s and 2 quarters aside for
2w 6/4 then drop 3 drop 2-3 drop 1-2 -- first time I've pressed first in a looong time... though it's MP it still hits my front and rear delts
-- DB seated laterals s/s into rev grip front raises
2w 3Drops - 1w 3 drops
-- rear delts facing incline
5w sets just blasted them
TRIS
--CG Bench smith
2w 3 drops
-- incline skulls INTO CG presses after failure
2w heavy DD
Tri set 3w each no rest at all
- role OH ext's
- rev grip pushdowns
- V-grip oushdowns
Done 40min and it was killer
Chest bis
S/s flys into presses
-- incline flys into presses
70s/80s/1w(90s) DD
-- flat BB slightly higher reps failing at 12ish
1w 4 drops whew
-- incline cable flys s/s'd into seated low to high cables all to failure
3w
CG cable curls
2w heavy DD
rev grip curls EZ bar
1w + 3 RPs

Good morning everyone sorry Cruz prayers sent Nacho looking better everyday.Well wifes garage door stuck so I am using all my Bob Vila skills too fix it and may I also add they are very limited :/ So waiting on a guy too come by.

Going to do shoulders and back today, trying to have 2 days for back, one with more pull down movements, the other just rows.
Legs are still a shade sketchy.from yesterday's squats. We'll see how well I rest today and go from there. :)
Lol - Your right tbh I really did start out slow first set of incline DB flies into presses decent amount of internal external RC work but using other movemts to get the blood in the shoulders to press -
I made up for it the next lift on - I needed about 3 warm ups then like 5 feelers due to the fly movement my shouleder can be awkward if I don't do it slow so also really strict... I'll try next time - Idk about 15 min tho lol
Tbh the antior of my delts are still pretty strong... it's the posterior and it all depends on the negative of the press and it felt as decent as it gets so I pressed today again, however did do a lighter flat BB with really isolated i just slow down my reps and hit failure at 12-15(I'll pryramid up and down too sometimes on the BB going heavier when using a 45side and 10s all the way you can up to 315 maybe 335) so it feels like a shit ton of weight & I can't do singles) F - that... but yes I agree not something to normally do ;)

Well fixed the garage door the sensor got knocked out of place by the wife putting boxes next to it.I will give her a good ass whoopin when she gets home :) Workout done shoulders not doing wat I was a yr and 1/2 ago but it's getting there pretty quick.

Good morning fellas, arms are fried this morning, have to run -50 last night lol have to go and sort the cars, catch up in a few hour fellas when on ma T.
Ah, that would be much better! :lol: I thought that was a bit of a low temp for "kilt country ". We're having a very early spring as well, but I imagine there will be another cold snap or two to kill off everything that is blooming except for the daffodils. They handle cool temps fairly well.
Think it's going to be shoulders the night fellas.
