Tweaked my right anterior delt so I will be focusing on legs and back possibly arms . Sucks my left delt had just healed up about two weeks ago....the shit we go thru to get to what we want....

Good afternoon people
Had work today then hit shoulders up. Was a good session, really like to lower weight high reps and pre exhaust for shoulders.
But today is a rough day, really hurting. Leg is on fire, foot feels like it is broken. Definitely gonna be a pain pill and some wine type of night.
Leaning one arm db laterals
Seated palms up db front raises
Pec/dec
Behind back cables
Front cables
Smith press
Ez bar up rights.
Tylenol now. Little to early for other. Hope it helps. Next two days off the gym but have to work :/

Finished my exams today free from college for about 3 weeks of bliss. Hitting the gym Monday cannot wait. Already thinking about what body part I will hit.
Next week is going to be a painful but worthwhile week.

What's up fellas
doin a drive by tonight. Checkin in and saying what's up. Work has been absolutely outa control. After a year here I'm being promoted for all the hard work so it's been worth it. I'm missing the board and wish I could be here more.
as far as my training goes - all is wel. I'm about to have a new workout partner so I'll be able to get back to HIt. I got up to 267 and then decided to trim weight to meet my physical readiness standard at work. Sitting at 256 currently.
Anyways I hope everyone is doing wel. I'm going to try to get on here and there to help out some more.

Legs today (one day late):
Killed them.
Extensions: 3 sets 15-20's
Squats: Started my psuedo working set, meaning I'll do some reps and decide whether to rack it and go up or just keep repping out. Well, I got to 10 and the reps were super smooth and piston like. Decided to just keep going. Had to rack it at either 17 or 18, just not sure. Wanted 20 but it wasn't in the cards. Had to rest a bit longer than normal and got greedy and put another plate on, which I haven't done in a long time. Barely got 6 reps. Was exhausted from the first set. Can't complain though.
Vertical's: 3 sets of 15 ish reps, heavy but not killer weight. Wanted to keep them moving non-lock reps.
Seated curls: 3 sets 12 - 15 reps
Calf crap.
An hour or so later while stretching I realized I forgot stiff leg deads. Dammit. Great workout though, be paying for it tomorrow.

Got back from Greece on Monday. Trained full body over 2 sessions this week and off to a food and music festival today for the weekend. The competition body has disappeared pretty much, looking forward to getting back to routine and 'normality' early next week.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Nice work, Kel! Looking forward to squats in the next few days. Legs are the only body part I can really push all out right now until the left arm gets right.
How's your bicep progressing? Sleep was horrible today. Slept in about 45 minutes increments with 2-3 hours of being wide awake in between. Finally took something late afternoon to get me relaxed and it knocked me right out. Think working 7 days/week is screwing with me a bit. Will defo do better tomorrow!

Overslept myself AG about 49 minutes. Guess I needed it. The broken sleep I know sucks though. Hopefully sleep good today.

Just don't push it AG. Take it slow and let progress happen as it will. Hard to hold back but no sense it re-injuring things and causing more time off. Bicep is doing great. Still taking it relatively easy but I am slowly pushing the weight up. Maybe 50's on dumbell curls, etc. and started doing EZ bar curls real strictly as well as dumbell incline's over a bench. Getting there.
