Actually I’m not this week. I’ll have to workout after work. Tomorrow going snow tubbing and tobogganing all day. I’ve never been to a few based place with a tow rope. Even got me snow pants because I don’t do cold well and it’s gonna be a long day!!
Last time I was in a sled at my parents place over Christmas over 20 years ago. After a long day of snow, Dad pulled out the flexible flyers. We sled down a mile long country road after a nice snow. It was nighttime (8ish) and we couldn’t stop so blew through intersection and dumped into snow bank. Thankfully no cars on the roads!!!
I can’t remember laughing as much as we did that night. I miss my Dad. He’s been gone for 20 years. He was a character!!

@ GGR & Kimbo. Started HGH at 61 with no expectations. Honestly feel it allows me to eat more like when I was younger and actually be leaner. I think my skin and hair look better, but am sure the amount of grey in my hair has lessened to where it’s barely noticeable. It’s definitely a regular thing along with TRT for me.
Legs yesterday. Same old stuff...
Bike to warm up. Made it about 3.5 minutes. So proud.
Seated leg curls: 3 working 10-12 reps paused on most
T Bar squats with D handle: Worked my way up to two working sets 12-15 reps slow and controlled. Still really liking this movement on a non squat day
Vertical Press: 3 working, 20-15-15 reps or so. Non lock.
Calfs on vertical press and seated calf's.
Feeling it today. Knees did well.
Weird. I'm the exact opposite. My reddish hair really shows the white hairs when it's time for a haircut I don't want to look like Paulie on the Sopranos, damn it, but fortunately my hair hasn't got that much white mixed in. However, after my hair is cut it is a couple of shades past a chestnut color when it is lying on the floor.

Life is busy, started my own business plus still working full time at the minute just to make sure we are ok financially.
It's going good, still no training i really miss it.
