Dumbell lunges: Haven't done these in a while as i always opt for my "Smith" version, but they felt good. Almost fell the Fvck over but still good.
No ext or curls as the new parts are not in yet for my machine!
Stiff Leg Deads: Two sets relatively heavy.
Usual calf crap.
