Perfect...there's one machine I'm having difficulty with the drops. Its hammer strength low pully. I work one arm at a time. So I hit both arms then drop each.
This is the machine

Kel your quads look ridiculous! On another level!
Ok guys i was back at the gym yesterday for the first time in more than a year because i'm moving and have to take my gym down. The amount off ppl on phones is unreal they've got the phone in there hands between every set fvcking mad leave the thing in the car. I kid you not there was one guy doing his hair he had his camera on him so he could see himself on his phone doing his fvcking hair tit's.
Any way i did legs there was only so much i could do at home so it was great to be back actually. I didn't go mad with legs i just wanted to see were i was with the weight .
Vertical leg press 2 sets to fail. It's more of a incline slope than vertical i don't know the name of it.
Leg ex 2 sets to fail
Calf raises 2 sets to fail
Did traps aswell as i did't have enough time the other day when going back.
Db shrugs
Bb shrugs
Cable upright row
Legs/calfs & traps are all sore to day the suns back again so it's very hot here somthing we're not used to lol.
Is it something like this, Clarky?

I need that machine now. Damn you guys. I literally do a one arm row using the smith machine like a dumbell. Awkward but effective believe it or not. Or one arm rows using my T-Bar. You do what you have to do.
The hammer strength machine is great. Both high and low..... Really hits the latQuote:

Guys.....the chad train is rolling again....and it feels oh so good. ;)
See if you could get a deal on 2 of the Hammer Strength pulley machines.???I've only got the basics myself, Kel. It literally took me over 2 months when I bought my leg sled. I kept looking at the vertical leg press because it looks like it puts the lower back in a better position.
On a side note, I have tonight OFF. :) Going to watch a movie with the wife and beasts. Will be lifting around 6 or 7.
One of my gyms just switched out a bunch of equipment and was selling hammer strength machines for good prices. I was salivating.. But didn't buy any. :( might have been a gold mine for you Kel
Feeling pretty good despite the recent inconsistency. Under 200 but I'm not concerned about that right now.
Strength is good.. Diet has some to be desired. Not eating poorly, just not enough.
Awesome session yesterday.. In pain :)
OK, got in a good pullback/no beyond failure lift today. Worked arms today. Plan to go through one rotation of bodyparts and then see how I feel. I had almost 2 weeks off due to work being swamped, but the hours are manageable again...for now.
Biceps stretch
Seated d bell curls-2 w/u, Work1-5, drop, Work2-4.5
Incline d'bell curls-1 w/u, Work1- 7.5, drop, Work2-8
Bent over concentration curl- Work1-5, drop, Work2-4.5
Seated hammer curl-Work1-4, drop, Work2-3.5

Felt really great to get a lift in today and already looking forward to the next one.
Edit: total lift = 48 min. including stripping plates.
Thank AG. Definitely hoping to be here more.. Nice workout btw. I have to get back into the advanced techniques. Kind of fell off with that.Quote:

When I do them I start with palms facing my ears and rotate them so they face infront as I extend my arms up.Quote:

Its hard to say right now. But Ill probably just try to build back to what I had before with just a little test. I think trt is in my future for certain. Which ok..id rather be on trt than a complete mess like j am off cycle.
Reason I say hard to say right now is because I may have a career change coming up ill find out in a couple weeks. Thanks for the inquiry Kel
My new job is 500 miles a minute. Totally insane and really stressful. I could work constantly if I wanted to but was getting super frustrated. Found that making time for the gym has helped with that (no shit, right?)Quote:
