Like one told me to put my feet up on the bench to put more emphasis on my pecs? And one person says elbows out another one says elbows in. I watched Dorian Yates, but I also heard him in an interview say he wished he would have done things differently because he did a lot of damage to his shoulders over the years with certain exercises.
And from your personal view and experience, do you think you grew more from bench press with dumbells or barbells? Or did you mix it up quite often?
